Adoption Assistance Program


We provide adoption reimbursement administration for organizations. Our adoption specialists work with employees to find adoption resources, fill out all appropriate paperwork, and submit all claims to the company’s accounting department. They also facilitate payment and follow up with employees to keep them up to date with the status of their claims.

Adult Care Management Services


Finding and assessing adult care can be stressful and result in decreased productivity and increased absenteeism. According to a recent Met Life study, “more than four in ten [caregivers] had to rearrange their work schedules: 36 percent missed work, and 12 percent took a leave of absence to deal with their adult caregiving responsibilities.” Our Adult Care Management Service gives employees access to master’s-level care managers who do all of the research for them. The program includes consultation with family, care planning, on-site facility review, ongoing monitoring, relocation assistance, and help with end-of-life issues.

Emergency dependent care needs may arise at any time causing lateness and absenteeism. The Back-Up Care Advantage Program provides emergency childcare and adult care through an exclusive provider network so that employees don’t have to be late or absent from work. A study reported by the Work and Family Connection found that KPMG’s Emergency Back-up Care Program yielded a 125 percent return on investment within six months and steadily increased to a 521 percent return by the fourth year.

Concierge Services


In a recent CHC Unscheduled Absence Survey, nearly 20 percent of employees who called in sick were actually missing work due to “personal needs.” Our Concierge Service helps employees keep pace with today’s competing demands of work and life by dealing with personal concerns so that employees don’t have to take time off. With both telephonic and online access, employees have a 24/7 concierge for help with finding gifts, event planners, home repairs, entertainment, sports and recreation, shopping, and special requests. Professional concierges can make reservations and make payments on behalf of employees.

We also offer errand-running services that put concierges on the street to run errands for employees, including walking dogs, picking up dry cleaning, waiting for repairmen, and taking a car to be washed, repaired, or inspected.

Rethink Autism


The Centers for Disease Control recently estimated that 1 in 88 children born in the United States will be diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). While ASDs are not curable, they are treatable. However, most treatment options are expensive, and it can be difficult to find qualified providers and support materials.


Locating and coordinating appropriate care for a child with an ASD can take hundreds of hours a year, and it can be a stressful process. Employees with a child on the autism spectrum may face daily challenges that can follow them into the workplace, making them less effective at their jobs. To provide parents with support and useful resources to help them deal with the stresses of having a child with an ASD, we have partnered with Rethink Autism.


Rethink Autism is an effective and easy-to-use online platform that provides tools, videos, and other resources for parents of children on the autism spectrum. This service can help parents address the challenges of ASDs before they negatively impact work performance.


Rethink Autism’s curriculum is based on applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is a systematic teaching approach that involves breaking skills down into small, easy-to-learn steps. The use of ABA is supported by more than 50 years of research, and it has been recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the New York State Department of Health, and the United States Surgeon General.

According to the Thomson Reuters Workforce Wellness Index, the ongoing cost of poor health habits averages about $670 per worker, per year. By investing in employees’ health, organizations can potentially save thousands in healthcare costs. Employee wellness programs can also boost morale, improve health and fitness, and increase productivity. In partnership with WellCall, a personal wellness solutions provider, we address this concern with a range of health and fitness benefits as well as incentive-driven programs: CostSaver and Healthy Outcomes. We offer tobacco cessation plans, pre- and postnatal support, and weight management programs.
